Ever wondered what the best day of the week is to buy stuff online?  Did you know that prices change in online stores from day to day?  Most of us who think about sales tend to believe that most sales start at the end of the week.  Thursday is when big box retail ads normally hit for stores and Sunday sales also are announced with the newspaper.  Traditionally, big box retailers wanted to take advantage of the time most of us are not working, the weekend.  Online sales are very different!  Smart retailers who do e-commerce tend to go with a different trend based off of the volume of sales by day, instead of by week.  So, what is the best day to buy stuff?  Dun dun duh! The winner is Monday!  Yahoo released a study on over 100,000 products from TVs to PCs and found that the average price of consumer electronics can vary between 20-40 dollars per day, depending on the day you purchase it.  Monday was the lowest average price per product day.  Friday was the highest average price per product day.  So, when you think about shopping online, take some time Monday night and find some great deals.  If you want to sell something online, wait till Friday to get top dollar.
